ENGR. DOZIE MBANEFO, is the Managing Director of New Crystal Communications Limited.He is a seasonal Engineer who has over 18 years experience with an MBA and has also undergone several courses on Advertising and Marketing both within Nigeria, United Kingdom and USA. He has an Outdoor Advertising working experience that spans over 15 years both in Nigeria and outside. He is also a member of the Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON).

He has been in management level in Outdoor Advertising for over 10 years.

He has gathered a lot of experience working on multinational and government accounts across several goods and services ensuring that the accounts in his control have the best.

He has also been involved in development of data and tools for accessing efficiency of Out-of-Home Advertising.

DARREN WINDSOR – Director, is an experienced senior Financial Manager and academic. He has experience in many commercial areas such as finance, retail, market research, manufacturing and the financial markets. He is a very commercially aware manager, with a track record of: improving businesses returns; building high performance finance teams; implementing appropriate financial controls; improving financial and KPI reporting and strategic planning. Over the last 20 years, he has enjoyed a successful international career as a Senior Financial Manager and business lecturer in Melbourne, London, Saudi Arabia and Dubai.

Darren holds several degrees in business, mathematics and education and he has taught on undergraduate and postgraduate courses from the Leicester University Management Centre, the University of Strathclyde and the David Syme Business School at Monash University. He is an excellent communicator, at all levels, and with and key internal and external contacts.

Dr Anthony Adegoke – Director, is a holder of MBBS MRCGP DMS.
He has Management diploma at London South Bank University. He is a Health Management Consultant, a Primary care physician. He has main interest in communication and relationship building, Staff and Client welfare management, as well as in training and development.

Mr. Chidiebere Mbanefo – Executive Director. As the chief operating officer at New Crystal, Chidi leads all operation activities. He is a graduate of Economics from University of Nigeria Nsukka, and also has an MBA. Chidi is a member of many professional bodies including APCON and has also attended courses in Advertising and Management over the years.  He has over 15 years experience in the advertising industry.

Mr. Ben Ilo – General Manager of Lagos Branch as well as Senior Manager of New Crystal Communications Limited. He is a graduate of Graphic Arts and is a member of APCON.  He has been in Advertising for over 20 years and has also attended courses in Advertising over the years.

Mrs. Vivian Uhonmoiblie – Manager for Onitsha Branch.  She is a graduate of Management Studies from the Federal university of Technology. (FUTO) Owerri. She has over 15 years experience in Marketing and Management field. She is a certified member of APCON and has also attended courses in Advertising over the years

Mr. Chukwudi Uwaezuoke – National Operations Coordinator is a graduate of Accountancy and he is a member of ICAN and APCON. He has over twelve years experience in Advertising and Management.

Mrs. Chika Arize – Manager/Head Marketing, is a graduate of Marketing from Lagos State University with over 12 years experience in outdoor and print production marketing. She is also a member of APCON. Mrs. Chika has attended various seminars and workshops in print production and marketing.

Sylvia R. Akpan – Company Group accountant with  over 5 years in the field of finance. He holds BSc in Accounting and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Of Nigeria (CAC). She is highly motivated, analytical, ability to multi-task pay attention to details.

Cosmas Mmaduka Esq. – Admin Manager. A seasonal Legal Practitioner with vast experience in Corporate Administrative duties.
A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), member – International Dispute Resolution Institute (IDRI), Member- Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) etc.
He is the Admin Manager and also works with the Department of Legal Services.

Mrs. Augusta Ndigwe –  Head Marketing Abuja Branch, is graduate of Mass Communication from University of Nigeria, Nsukka.  She also has BA in Religion and PGD in Mass Communications. She is a member, Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM).

Augusta has over eight years of professional experience in advertising practice and has attended various seminars and workshops in Advertising and Marketing.

Mr. Obinna Ariwodo – Head Marketing Onitsha, is graduate of Mass Communication from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He has BSc in Mass Communications and a Diploma in Marketing and Brand Communications. Obinna has over seven years’ experience in advertising practice and print production and has also attended various seminars in Advertising and Marketing. He is a member of APCON.

Chidi Amaeze, Esq – Legal Advicer & PA to MD. He is a legal practitioner with cognate experience in preparation, negotiation, drafting and perfection of legal documents. He holds a master’s degree in Energy and Environmental law. As the company legal adviser, he manages external solicitors, corporate due diligence and legal consultation for various departments within the company. He manages the local content portfolio of the company and general legal advisory services.

Amaka Obi – Company Secretary,  is a graduate of Secretarial Administration from Institute of Management and Technology Enugu. She has over Ten years experience in clerical and secretarial duties. Amaka is a Member of APCON and has also attended courses in Advertising and Management over the years.

Engr. Chris T. Okafor – Outdoor Operations Coordinator, is a graduate of Engineering from University of Nigeria Nsukka. He has a working experience that spans over 12 years in Outdoor Companies on site management, Maintenance and Installation both in Nigeria, South Africa and China.

Engr. Linus Hyelda – LED Management Head, is a graduate of Electrical Electronics Engineering from Federal Polytechnic Kaduna with over 5 years’ experience in ICT / LED maintenance. Linus has a certificate in ICT Management and has attended trainings on ICT / LED installation and maintenance.

Mr. Akande O. Raphael – Print Production Manager, is a graduate of Printing Technology from Federal Polytechnic Kaduna with over 7 years’ experience in Printing Industry. Raphael is a member, Institute of Printing of Nigeria (IOPN).  He also has an Advance Certificate in Graphics Reproduction.

Mr. Sunday Adetunji – Head Concept Development, is an exceptional visual communicator who effectively conveys information both in 2D & 3Dimentional forms to achieve outstanding results.  He’s highly creative, diverse photographer and artist with extensive experience in designing and developing a broad range of visual pieces to meet business and programmed objectives of employers and their clients. Sunday is an oriented, logical individual with ability to identify problems, develop and implement practical solution to meet business needs.
